Welcome to Afrikan Authentix, where you can find authentic handmade african clothing and accessories. We appreciate your business and we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options and costs for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $8 for all orders below $120, and free for orders starting at $120. Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Priority Shipping: $14 for all orders.  Delivery time is 3 to 4 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Express Shipping: $40 for all orders.  Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after the order is shipped.

We do not ship internationally at the moment, but we are working on it and we will update you as soon as we can.

Processing and Shipping Time

We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our separate returns and exchanges policy for more details on how to return or exchange an item that you are not satisfied with.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they are delivered to the address you provided. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit or before it gets delivered to you, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable) to initiate the refund or replacement process.
