Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

At Afrikan Authentix, we want you to love your purchase and be completely satisfied with it. However, if you are not happy with your item, you can return for store credit or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Please read the following policy and process carefully before sending back your item.


  • You can exchange any unworn and unwashed item within 14 days of delivery or return for store credit. 
  • Clearance items sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a fault by Afrikan Authentix.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging your item. We do not refund shipping costs.
  • You must fill out the return portal on our website before sending back your item. Returns or exchanges sent to our address without using the return portal will be automatically issued store credit.
  • Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address: 120 E. Market Street, Suite 470, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Store credit will be issued as a gift card that you can use on our website. Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2 days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your exchange order is shipped.


  • To start the return or exchange process, please click the button below and follow the instructions on the return portal. You will need your order number and email address to access the portal.
  • After completing the return or exchange request on the portal, you will receive an email with a return slip and a shipping label. Please print them out and attach them to your package.
  • Mail your package to the address provided on the return slip. Please use a trackable and insured service to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
  • Once we receive your package, we will inspect your item and process your refund or exchange accordingly. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange is completed.

Changes and Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order online before your order is shipped.

Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your order so you can make a new order and or receive store credit.

When your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.

Once you request the cancellation of any item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2 - 3 business days to cancel the order.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Please note that whenever you cancel, we can only provide store credit only as we cannot provide refunds

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will complete the cancellation and your store credit will be emailed to you.
